Welcome to Nourish
In a world that constantly demands more of us, it’s easy to find ourselves running on empty. Nourish is a conference designed to help women be refreshed—body, mind, and spirit.
Join us for a meaningful day focused on women’s health, wellness, and wholehearted living. Through inspiring speakers, practical health insights, authentic connection, and times of worship, we’ll explore what it means to be truly nourished.
Most importantly, we’ll be reminded that lasting nourishment begins with Jesus—the One who restores our souls, renews our strength, and fills us with everything we need.
Whether you’re feeling weary, thriving, or somewhere in between, there’s a place for you at Nourish. Come be encouraged, equipped, and filled up as we seek Jesus together.
Tickets will be available for purchase starting Sunday, September 13th, 2026 at 1:00 pm.
When purchasing your ticket, you will choose your preferred breakout sessions. View the speakers/presenters here.
Our vision is to see women flourishing in their faith, families, and communities as devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Tania Neufeld is part of the Gateway North Church family. She and her husband, Joel, are raising three children—two daughters and a son.
At the heart of Tania’s passion is seeing people walk out of shame and into the truth of their God-given identity. She believes that what we do flows from knowing who we are, and that lasting transformation becomes possible when we are freed from the lies that
have shaped our sense of personhood and learn to live from the truth of who God created us to be.
Inspired by the picture in Romans 8 of creation eagerly awaiting the revealing of the children of God, Tania longs to see people become deeply rooted in their identity in Christ—living with freedom, wholeness, and purpose as the people they were created to be.

Aimee Bowcott is a Registered Dietitian, Master of Public Health, Certified Diabetes Educator, and lifestyle medicine advocate with more than 25 years of experience helping people and communities care for their health through nutrition, physical activity, chronic disease management, and sustainable lifestyle change.
But Aimee’s passion goes beyond what we eat or how we move. After two and a half decades in healthcare, she has come to believe that true wellness is about caring for the whole woman God created—not pursuing perfection, but learning to receive, steward, and enjoy the life He has given us.
Aimee is passionate about bringing together evidence-based health practices and biblical wisdom, helping women navigate the often-confusing messages surrounding health and wellness with grace, freedom, and practical wisdom. She believes our bodies are gifts from God, worthy of care not because of how they look, but because they have been entrusted to us.
Above all, Aimee is a follower of Jesus, wife, and mother of two teenage boys who loves helping women discover that caring for themselves isn't selfish—it is an act of gratitude for the life God has given them.

Fiona was born and raised in Winnipeg, and because her parents helped start Gateway Church in the early 1970s, she’s been a part of the church since the very beginning! Fiona and her husband Ken have been married for 35 years and God has blessed them with three wonderful children. They now have the added joy of three busy grandchildren who keep them active and laughing! Ken and Fiona have been part of the leadership team at Gateway since 1992 when Ken became an associate pastor. Fiona led KIDS Ministry at the Panet Road location for 20 years, and still leads Gateway’s Safeguarding Ministry for the three Gateway churches. In 2022, as Gateway moved to West St. Paul to launch Gateway North, Ken and Fiona felt the Lord calling them to stay and plant Gateway East in the East Elmwood area in order to continue serving the local community. The last four years of church-planting have been exciting, challenging, and rewarding. Fiona has a heart for children, the Word of God, and the church, and in her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, doing puzzles, and playing with her adorable grandchildren!
