Inn, Stable
As guests walk through the streets lined with inns with no vacancy, they come across Bethlehem Inn, run by Rueben and his family – the last inn on the block. Their arrival throws Rueben into a tizzy as he assumes they all want a room in his inn, but they are full due to the census. He can barely cope, and his wife rebukes him, beginning a Fawlty Tours comedy-like interaction. Reuben explodes with frustration about the baby born in his stable and sends the visitors away.
When guests turn the corner, they witness the beautiful scene of Baby Jesus with his parents. It is here guests experience the reality of Jesus coming as a human baby, with his tiny hands and feet, fully God but also fully man. A truly breath-taking moment.
