Front End

The Front End is a crucial piece of Bethlehem LIVE! and begins in the Parking Lot, as they wait in the waiting rooms, and continues until they walk through the doors of the Time Tunnel and meet a friendly shepherd who will guide them through Bethlehem.

We will be looking for friendly, engaging individuals who enjoy meeting new people. Volunteers will be working with our Parking Director and Front-End Director to ensure a smooth entry from their car into the town of Bethlehem.

Volunteers Needed for the Front End:

  • Parking Attendants - With hundreds of people on the church property, we want to ensure that everyone is safe, with parking attendants to direct cars in and out in an orderly fashion. Not to worry, parking attendants are constantly rotated so everyone gets a chance to warm up!

  • Welcome Room Hosts - As people enter the building at the northeast corner of the building, we need volunteers in our Welcome Rooms to talk with people, entertain the children, and direct groups as they get ready to tour the town of Bethlehem.

  • Actors – such as princesses and superheroes to interact with guests as they wait for their tour.
